We aim to provide high-quality, clearly scoped services with defined deliverables. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing any service from Dropyway LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Important: Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with sales performance, book rankings, or any other outcomes Dropyway does not control. We provide services, not guaranteed results.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund — Before Work Begins

A full refund is available if you cancel your order before any work has started. To request a pre-work cancellation, contact us at info@dropyway.com as soon as possible after payment.

Partial Refund — Work In Progress

A partial refund may be issued if work has begun but has not yet been completed. The refunded amount will reflect the portion of work not yet delivered at the time of cancellation. The calculation is made at our discretion based on time and work invested.

No Refund — Service Fully Delivered

No refund will be issued once a service has been fully completed and delivered per the agreed scope. This applies regardless of satisfaction with downstream outcomes such as sales or visibility.

The following are non-refundable in all circumstances once completed or delivered:

Disputes & Resolution

We encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns in good faith.

To raise a concern, email us at info@dropyway.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Unjustified chargebacks — particularly where services have been fully delivered as agreed — may result in suspension of services and may be contested. Please exhaust direct resolution before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved by our team, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
